I have always believed that you cannot fix what you cannot touch. As a real estate consultant, I learned that the difference between a great project and a disaster is not just the vision. It is the attention to the details that most people ignore.

But my commitment to this city was not born in an office. It was born in my own living room. When my home flooded, and again when it nearly flooded a second time, I stopped looking for someone else to step in and decided to be the difference.

That experience was the catalyst that sent me into the field. For the last two years, I have been doing the work. I have spent that time walking our stormwater pipes to document the clogs that flood our streets, auditing our mowing contracts, and fighting for transparency in city finances.

During the devastating hurricanes that hit our region, I did not wait for a permit or a committee. I organized chainsaws, mobilized volunteer crews, and spent weeks mucking out homes, clearing downed trees, and raising funds to get our neighbors back on their feet.

I am running for City Council because I am just a neighbor who decided to care. I have seen firsthand that we have a shiny object addiction. We prioritize headline grabbing monuments while our foundational services are left to decay. I am not running to be a career politician. I am running to be the auditor in the room. I am bringing a pilot it, prove it, build it mindset to our growth, and a radical transparency standard to our records.

I am asking for your vote not because I have the best speeches, but because I have spent the last two years in the ditches with you. I have proven that when we show up, we get results. Let us stop settling for slick presentations and start demanding real, functional work for our city.
